Kentucky Technology Inc.

Kentucky Technology Inc. (KTI) was founded in 1988 as a for-profit corporation owned by the University of Kentucky Research Foundation. The KTI Board of Directors is charged with generating revenue from licensing technology, equity investments in technology-based businesses, and subleasing space in the Coldstream Center located on the Coldstream Research Campus and the ASTeCC high-tech business incubator on UK's main campus. KTI helped establish the Bluegrass Angels investment group and is an investor in both Bluegrass Angel venture funds.
