Metro Plus Credit Union

People helping people is at the core of what our credit union is all about. Metro Plus Credit Union, formerly Metro Employees Credit Union, was established in 1940 by employees from the City of Lexington looking for a way to earn higher rates on savings and lower rates for loans. In addition to serving the employees and immediate family members of the City of Lexington, Metro Plus membership is now available to anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in the Bluegrass Area Development district of Central Kentucky. Including Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Harrison, Jessamine, Lincoln, Madison, Mercer, Nicholas, Powell, Scott, and Woodford Counties.
