Coldstream's Newest Tenant, FIFTEEN51 Apartments, to Host Open House

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 15, 2022) — FIFTEEN51, Coldstream’s newest tenant, is hosting an open house tomorrow, Nov.16 from 4 to 7 pm. The event is open to anyone interested in seeing Lexington’s newest luxury apartment complex. UK celebrates opening of new Coldstream research facility ‘The CoRE’

Kinetic Breaks Ground on Coldstream Research Campus

LEXINGTON, KY., – Kinetic by Windstream broke ground on its’ new regional headquarters located on the Coldstream Research campus. When complete, the building will support operations across the company’s 18-state footprint. Coldstream Research Campus CoRE Building Project Update

The new CoRE Building in the Coldstream Research Campus continues to make progress with the expected ribbon cutting happening in June.   The project’s recent accomplishments include: Receiving and setting in place the roof as well as all the rooftop units for the building.  Fitting out the restrooms getting fixtures and partitions installed on the first and second floors. Installing doors frames and hanging drywall for office spaces on the second floor.

Tempur Sealy International, Inc., the world’s largest bedding provider based on the Coldstream Research Campus at the University of Kentucky, announced it has executed an agreement to acquire Dreams, the leading specialty bed retailer in the United Kingdom, primarily from an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. The transaction will accelerate Tempur Sealy's growth in the largest European bedding market and sixth largest economy in the world.

UK, Cityscape Residential Break Ground on New Residential Village

Today, representatives from the University of Kentucky and Cityscape Residential as well as local officials broke ground on what will soon become a residential village on the Coldstream Research Campus. The 260-unit, multi-family residential complex will offer Coldstream’s high-tech workforce the ability to live, work, play and innovate all within the research campus. The residential village will be named FIFTEEN51 Apartments, based on the address at 1551 Aristides Boulevard.
